Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 12, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how loan-payday.com (“loan-payday.com,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects the personal information of visitors and users (“you”) of our website and request form. loan-payday.com operates a loan-matching service that connects U.S. consumers with third-party lenders and lending networks. We are not a lender, we do not make credit decisions, and we do not fund loans. By using our website or submitting our form, you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information we collect
We collect information in three ways: information you provide directly, information collected automatically from your device, and information we receive from third parties.
Information you provide
When you complete our loan request form or contact us, we may collect:
- Identifiers such as your full name, email address, home address, ZIP code, and state of residence.
- Contact information including your phone number(s).
- Financial information such as your requested loan amount, income source and amount, pay frequency, employment status and employer, and bank account or routing details required to process a loan request.
- Government identifiers such as your Social Security number and date of birth, which lenders use to verify identity and eligibility.
- Driver’s license or state ID number where a lender requires it.
Information collected automatically
When you visit our site, we and our service providers automatically collect device and usage data, including:
- IP address, approximate geographic location, browser type, operating system, and device identifiers.
- Pages viewed, links clicked, time spent on pages, referring and exit URLs, and the date and time of your visit.
- Information collected through cookies, web beacons, pixels, and similar tracking technologies (see Section 6).
Information from third parties
We may receive information about you from lead-generation partners and marketing networks that referred you to us, from identity-verification and fraud-prevention vendors, and from analytics and advertising providers. We may combine this information with what we collect directly.
2. How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- Match your request with one or more lenders or lending networks that may be able to offer you a loan or other financial product.
- Transmit your information to those lenders and partners so they can evaluate your request and present offers.
- Verify your identity and help detect, prevent, and address fraud, security incidents, and prohibited activity.
- Operate, maintain, analyze, and improve our website and services.
- Communicate with you about your request, respond to inquiries, and send service-related messages.
- Send marketing and promotional communications about loans, financial products, and related offers from us and our partners (where permitted, and subject to your consent and opt-out rights).
- Comply with applicable laws, regulations, legal process, and our legal obligations.
3. How we share your information with lending partners and marketing networks
Sharing your information is central to how a loan-matching service works. When you submit our form, you authorize and instruct us to transmit your information so that you can receive offers. Specifically:
- Lenders and lending networks. We share the personal and financial information you submit with one or more third-party lenders, lending networks, and aggregators. These parties may further share your information with their own network of lenders. Each lender independently decides whether to make you an offer and on what terms.
- Marketing and advertising networks. We may share your information with marketing partners and networks that promote loans, credit-repair, debt-relief, insurance, and other financial products, so that they may contact you with offers.
- Service providers. We share information with vendors that provide hosting, analytics, identity verification, fraud prevention, communications, and customer-support services on our behalf.
- Business transfers. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
- Legal and safety. We may disclose information to comply with law, respond to lawful requests and legal process, enforce our agreements, and protect the rights, property, or safety of loan-payday.com, our users, or others.
4. Consent to be contacted (TCPA)
By submitting your information through our form, you provide your prior express written consent under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and applicable state law for loan-payday.com, our lending partners, marketing networks, and their respective agents to contact you at the telephone number(s) you provide. This includes contact by:
- Telephone calls and text (SMS/MMS) messages, including using an automatic telephone dialing system, an artificial or prerecorded voice, and automated technology;
- Calls and messages for marketing and informational purposes;
- Contact at the number(s) you provide even if that number is on a state or federal Do Not Call list.
You understand that consent is not a condition of receiving any loan or service, that message and data rates may apply, and that message frequency varies. You may revoke consent at any time by replying STOP to a text message, asking a caller to stop, or contacting us using the details in Section 12. Revoking consent will not affect requests already submitted to lenders.
5. Email marketing
We and our partners may send promotional emails to the address you provide. You can unsubscribe from our marketing emails at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link in any such email or by contacting us. Note that opting out of our marketing emails does not stop communications from lenders or partners with whom your information has already been shared; you must contact those parties directly.
6. Cookies and tracking technologies
We and our service providers use cookies, web beacons, pixels, local storage, and similar technologies to operate our site, remember your preferences, measure traffic, and support advertising. These technologies fall into a few categories:
- Strictly necessary — required for the site and form to function.
- Analytics/performance — help us understand how visitors use the site (for example, Google Analytics).
- Advertising/targeting — used by us and advertising partners to deliver and measure relevant ads, and may involve sharing identifiers across sites.
Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through their settings. Some browsers transmit a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal; we treat a valid GPC signal from California and other eligible residents as a request to opt out of the sale and sharing of personal information. Disabling cookies may affect how the site functions.
7. Data retention
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, including matching your request, complying with our legal, accounting, and reporting obligations, resolving disputes, and enforcing our agreements. Retention periods vary based on the type of information and applicable legal requirements. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.
8. Security
We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your personal information, including encryption of data in transit using industry-standard SSL/TLS. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, and you provide your information at your own risk.
9. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA), and similar laws in states including Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, and others. These rights may include:
- Right to know/access — request the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected, used, disclosed, and shared about you.
- Right to delete — request that we delete personal information we collected from you, subject to legal exceptions.
- Right to correct — request correction of inaccurate personal information.
- Right to opt out of sale/sharing — direct us not to sell or share your personal information, including for cross-context behavioral advertising.
- Right to limit use of sensitive personal information where applicable.
- Right to non-discrimination — we will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
To exercise these rights, submit a request through our Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information page or contact us using Section 12. We will verify your identity before fulfilling certain requests and will respond within the timeframes required by law (generally 45 days, with one permitted extension). You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf with proper authorization.
10. Children’s privacy
Our website and services are intended only for individuals who are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in their state). We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have collected information from a person under 18, we will delete it. If you believe a minor has provided us information, please contact us.
11. Third-party websites and links
Our site may contain links to third-party websites, including lenders and partners. This Policy does not apply to those sites. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of any third party, and we encourage you to read the privacy policy of every site you visit.
12. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal, operational, or regulatory reasons. When we make changes, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Material changes may be communicated through additional notice. Your continued use of our site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
