Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Last updated: June 12, 2026

If you are a resident of California or another state with a comprehensive consumer-privacy law, you have the right to direct loan-payday.com not to “sell” or “share” your personal information. This page explains what those terms mean for a loan-matching service and lets you submit your request.

Submit a request fast. Use the form below, email [email protected], or enable the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal in your browser. We honor a valid GPC signal as an opt-out request for eligible residents.

What “sale” and “sharing” mean for our Service

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA), a “sale” broadly means disclosing personal information to a third party for monetary or other valuable consideration, and “sharing” means disclosing personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Because loan-payday.com is a loan-matching service, our core business involves transmitting the information you submit to third-party lenders, lending networks, and marketing partners so that they can present offers to you. We may receive compensation in connection with these referrals. Under the broad legal definitions above, some of this activity, as well as the use of certain advertising cookies and pixels, may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information.

You can opt out of this sale and sharing at any time. Submitting an opt-out request does not require you to create an account and will not result in discrimination against you.

What opting out does — and doesn’t do. An opt-out stops future sale or sharing of your personal information for advertising and similar purposes. It does not retroactively recall information already shared with lenders or partners — you must contact those parties directly. If you are actively submitting a loan request, transmitting your information to lenders is necessary to fulfill that request and is not affected by this opt-out.

Submit your opt-out request

Complete the form below. We will use the details you provide only to process and verify your request.

We use this to confirm your identity and respond to your request.

How to submit (other methods)

Verification

To protect your information, we may need to verify your identity before processing certain requests (such as access, deletion, or correction). We may ask you to confirm pieces of information we already have on file. For simple opt-out requests, we generally do not require verification, but we may take steps to confirm the request is genuine. We will not use information collected for verification for any other purpose.

Timeline

We will acknowledge opt-out requests promptly and process them as soon as feasibly possible, and no later than 15 business days for sale/sharing opt-outs. For access, deletion, correction, and similar requests, we will respond within 45 calendar days of receiving a verifiable request. If we need more time, we may extend the period by an additional 45 days and will notify you of the extension and the reason.

Authorized agents

You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We may require the agent to provide written permission signed by you and may ask you to verify your own identity directly with us. Authorized-agent requests that lack proper authorization may be denied.

Your other privacy rights

Depending on your state, you may also have the right to know what personal information we collect, use, disclose, and share; the right to delete personal information; the right to correct inaccurate information; the right to limit the use of sensitive personal information; and the right to non-discrimination for exercising your rights. You can exercise any of these using the form above. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
